PSE 2024 problem

Hi, First I'm not great on tech things really at 67yr old, I tried to post this message once before a few days ago, but I don't think I did it right. Anyway I had two amazon gift cards at xmas, used them to get PSE 2024 on amazon, I already has the 22 version. Went through the process online codes, had to go on the adobe website, given another code for activation, eventually it said the activation code was no good, I double checked the number was right. tried it again, same thing. won't work. It askes me to sign-in, takes me to adobe website, sign it, it says all is good , go to software and it says sign-in failed. So this happens everytime I try now.  No Idea what to do when I've paid and installed something I paid for, that is not working. Amazon are no help and I don't seem to be able to get help from Adobe. IF all is lost I might just not bother anymore trying and have to take the financial loss sadly.  Rob

We are all sorted out after getting tech support from Adobe, awesome job and advice guys. thank you very much.

@Robert34457465vzst , a number of users have recently had problems with activation codes.  The only way to get help is to contact Adobe Support.  See this discussion for more details about how other users were able to get their problem resolved.

Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.
