PSE 2025 Organizer will not load. Message is "abnormal exit"

First time ever happened.  I go to pse 2025 and select Organizer. A little circle rotates for a while and then throws an error message.

Does the same thing happen when you click try again? If so, reboot your computer and press the Shift key while launching the Organizer. The Manage Catalogs dialog will open. Select the catalog and then click the Open button.

If the same thing happens, do the same as above, but this time select the problem catalog and use the Repair and Optimize buttons. Complete the Repair and Optimize operations even if a message appears that no errors were found. Try opening the catalog again.
