Adobe has now issued an update for PSE 2026.3 -see link below for details:

Using the update link on same pse update page does try to install the 26.3 update, but doesn’t install with error code 183.

A complete uninstall, restart of the Mac and then installing the 26.3 version from the accounts page results in the same no install with error code 183.

Yes Jeff. My Windows update is OK but on My Macbook Pro there seems to be a problem. Strangely the Organizer updates to 26.3 but the Editor remains as 26.2. I will raise this directly with Adobe.

I just received the update notice on a Apple Silicon Mac, however, the update it installed was the 2026.2 update, which was already installed.

Also on the pse updates KB it only lists a 2026.3 build number for Windows and none is shown for macOS.

Hi Jeff I received another update prompt when I re-launched the Editor App. That seems to have fixed things, as expected.
