PSE 2026 Photo Editor doesn't load at all

Good afternoon, Just purchased PSE 2026. Organizer is loading and works well. Photo editor doesn't load at all. There is a window saying: "photo editor workspace loading" that disappear after more than 15 seconds and that's all. 

It was exactly the same issue with the free version I tried before purchasing PSE 2026.

If it can help, I uninstalled a more than 20 years old PSE version before dowloading PSE 2026.

The computor is brand new and runs Windows 11.
