PSE 8

I am receiving an error message which tells me to reboot my computer.  This used to work but now it will not.  The error code is 150:30.   My original purchase of this PSE 8 was on a CD Rom (from PC World) but I no longer have one of these.  I am trying to download 'online'.   I have the necessary purchase code but cannot find anywhere to download the app.  Can anyone help, please?

    pes 8 is very old .. won't work on modern systems .. talk to new releases

    Sorry to say but your PSE 8 is Years Old and no longer works on the more modern operating systems. 

    Actually PSE 2020 just came out so that makes PSE 8 12 releases ago.
