PSE and Plug ins

I have PSE 15  and have been able to utilize the Mytical Gen2 and Autofx plug-ins up until a few months ago.  The 2 plug ins are listed under filters, I can click on them and am not able to get any further.  What can be done to fix this.  I use Windows 10 as well.
