PSE features suddenly "broke" - Print Package and Contact Sheet II greyed out

I would reset the Contact Sheet II preferences by going to

Macintosh HD/Users/UserName/Library/Preferences/Adobe/Elements/25.0/Adobe Contact Sheet II

then trash the

Adobe Contact Sheet Prefs

then reset the Picture Package preferences by going to 

Macintosh HD/Users/UserName/Library/Preferences/Adobe/Elements/25.0/Adobe Picture Package

then trash the

Adobe Picture Package Prefs

An easy way to get there is click on your desktop then click Go and while pressing the Option key

you should see Library, which is your User Library.
