PSE Organiser, removing captions on photos automatically

I use PSE to do a slide show, manual slideshow, for our camera group and certain pictures are sent with the Caption part of the Information usually with the camera type inserted i.e. Olympus C310. I can/have deleted the information manually as it display's when we put in on the screen via a projector. Any ideas how to ensure this is deleted automatically
