I installed PSE 4 days ago. I created my Organizer catalog of 9500 images. I knew the thumbnails would take some time so I left it running overnight. The next morning all was well. I started using Organizer and Editor. Organizer worked for a couple hours and then I started to get the beach ball. No bueno. Had to force quit. I decided to make a new catalog. Still get the beach ball. I started troubleshooting...I deleted my preferences file. PSE wouldn't even load. Reinstalled. Organizer worked fine for a few hours and then beach ball. Force Quit.Turned off all media analysis. Worked for a little bit. And then guess what? Beach ball. Force Quit.I tried to repair my catalog. File > Manage Catalogs > Selected the catalog: no repair option. I thought about converting it or optimizing it, but I'm not 100% sure what those do. Force QuitGot an error: IAC operation failed. Force Quit. Searched for it, nothing. It's been 4 days! That's too long to troubleshoot something that I paid for. I am beyond frustrated. This is my last stop. I'm a couple beach balls from finding something else to use. Any help would be appreciated.

I can't edit my post for some reason. I forgot to post my specifications

MacBook Pro 2018

MacOS Big Sur v11.6

16 GB RAM

4 GB Graphics Card

I looked at my memory and CPU usage when I had both Organizer and Editor open at the same time, with a really big file in Editor. I had 10 GB of memory available and my CPU usage was 35%
