PSE workspace display information needs to be enlarge

Photoshop Elements work-space screen setting for text is small.  I need the text displays and image thumbnails display information  (ex. for menu bar, left panel with list of my albums and folders) to be enlarge.  I have eye problems and looking for the folders names and/or display information is very difficult.  Can you help enlarge the Photoshop elements software display information?    I have the windows icon on the desktop large, but the Photoshop Elements work-space information screen is to small.
