PSE11 to PSE 155 catalog restore

When I go to file/restore catalog and browse to the catalog location (i see the catalog.pse11db file in windows explorer) it does not show the pse11db file. It wants a file wilth a *.tly extension. How do I restore my catalog from PSE11 to PSE15? Thank you for any help.

    To restore your PSE11 catalog in PSE15, you need to take a backup of your PSE11 catalog first. Please see the instructions at Move Elements Organizer catalog | Elements 6 or later

    In case you are using PSE15 on the same machine, you can simply convert your PSE11 catalog and need not take a backup of your catalog. On instructions about catalog conversion process, please see Create and edit catalogs in Adobe Elements Organizer​
