PSE11 to PSE20

Hello, I have a problem with moving the catalog from PSE11 on a Windows 10 pc to PSE20 on a different windows 10 pc. I backed up the catalog on a second drive, connected to the new pc with PSE20 on it and tried to restore, but I get an error message "You do not have access to this folder. Select another folder". What am I doing wrong - can't seem to find any similar queries on the forum.
