pse12 not working on new computer

I had been using PSE 11 and upgraded to PSE12 (back in 2015) on an XP machine.

It was working well and the serial number was recorded correctly in my adobe account.

I have recently changed to win 7 with the same computer but failed to deregister PSE when copying over the files.

I reloaded PSE12 from the web site but it states that the serial number that I used is invalid.

Any help?

You can't just copy over the files. You need to do a proper installation.

Ok so uninstalled and reinstalled from the site given.

have loaded the software but I do not have any trial period and my

serial number is coming up as invalid.
