PSE13 Editor --> Image --> Transform

The Transform program has frozen up. I can no longer open it. Any solution anyone, please?

    Thanks for your reply. As soon as I had finished posting my question, the Transform program opened, but then the Crop wouldn’t open and the whole Editor was frozen. I have just reset Preferences. The default was for both Elements Editor and Premier Editor. I deleted the Premier option as I don’t have it installed and have rebooted. It looks as if all is working OK now. Thanks very much for your help.

    Try resetting the preferences.
