PSE14 - Not enough Ram - workaround didnt work

I recently upgraded Windows to the 1803 version and now my PSE is not working.  I'm getting the same error everyone seems to get.  Everything I edit gets an error message saying there is not enough RAM.

I tried the registry workaround but it is having no effect.  As you can see I added the registry doc, changed it to decimal, 4000 for my computer.  Nothing.  Still getting the same error.

Any ideas on what I did wrong?

Thank you!!!  Worked like a charm   You are a genius - and super observant too!

    Not a genius...

But so many users have tried the workaround that some had made the same error and reported the same issue in this forum. I am not the one who was observant enough.

    Hi Kn,

Sorry to hear about this, does your computer have 4 GB of RAM?

Could you check if there are pending windows updates and try updating the operating system?

    Regards,
