PSE14 wont open RAW file

You'll see that each new camera comes with its own new raw format that older converters can't read.

No, unfortunately, ACR 9.5 is older than 9.10 (available in PSE15) and 10.0 (available in PSE 2018)

So, you need either to pay the upgrade to PSE 2018 or you can use the free Adobe DNGconverter mentioned in that faq.

That standalone program (not a plugin) can batch convert a whole folder of your raw files to the DNG raw format that your PSE14 can read and edit. Additional step, but same quality and free.
