PSE15 and Acrobat Reader

I have installed PSE15 on my Windows10 machine, Acrobat reader will not launch.

When I look for Acrobat Reader on my machine it is not there, however if I try and install it I get a message saying a newer version is already installed.

I cannot open pdf files, except by converting to Word.

Any ideas?

    What happens if you right click on a pdf file and then click on Open with?

    Is adobe reader one of the choices?

    Adobe reader should be in

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat Reader DC

    and the start exe is in the Reader folder and it's named AcroRd32.exe
