PSE15 on Win 10: unable to edit, save or sometimes even exit without errors. [was: I need some help]

Good Evening,

  I am not that familiar with computers and am having difficulties with my Adobe Elements 15.  I am getting messages that I don't understand and I need to know if it is something I have done, something that is easy to fix or something that is wrong with my computer.

Recently I am unable to edit, save or sometimes even exit Adobe Elements without it giving me an error.  Among other messages, it tells me that I need more RAM but I am assured I have enough space.  I understand that this may be a Windows 10 problem.

Will someone please confirm if they are having the same problem and how to fix this.  Please try to use simple procedures.   Thank you very much
