PSE15 Organiser won't open drop-down menus or Import

I have just upgraded from PSE10 to PSE15 via an upgrade pack (Win 10 PC). It installed  and eventually completed its background image reviews, but I cannot get it to respond when I click on any of the top line drop-down menus e.g. File or Edit. It won't even open the Import drop-down menu, though there is a screen flicker when I click it as if something is going to happen.

I can move around the photos OK and the Editor seems to work OK so far.

Any thoughts?

    Anwesha,

    The workarounds at the link you suggest allow drop downs to work. I hope Adobe will fix this so that drop downs work when the "Auto-Hide Taskbar" is setting is on. This is the only program that I have encountered with this problem.
