PSE15: problems with compromised catalogs [was: Alastair Omand]

i recently updated to Elements 15, following an unbelievable bad experience with CC. My 3 catalogs are intact, but everything I try to do with them fails. "Backup" shows 11 001 6160, and suggests catalog is compromised. Talked with someone up in the cloud & he told me to go to adobe.com, sign in, contact us, select product, need help & then chat. i did as he told me but got nowhere. Can you help??

    Hi,

    Did you create the mentioned catalogs using Elements 15 or any other version? Also, are you able to open the catalogs? It would be helpful if you attach can screenshot of the error.
