PSE18: Cannot access Google Maps when using Place Tags

I run Adobe Elements Organiser 2018 Ver 16 under Windows 10 and am getting an error when I try to tag Places (see attached file). Can anyone advise how to get google maps and place tags working. My browser is FireFox.

    Forget about Google Maps.

    Google changed the APIs enabling access to Maps. As a result, Adobe changed its maps provider for PSE2019.
