PSE18 organizer does not recognize CFE camera disk on Windows 10 computer. Please help

Question

Have been using PSE18 on Windows 10 computer.  Works fine with QXD camera card.  Just upgraded to CFE camera card.  PSE organizer does not recognize the CFE card.  Computer does recognize the CFE card and I can work around the problem but would appreciate any suggestions that might help me get the CFE card to apprear in the organizer -- get photos --  from camera or card reader device list.  Thank you.

AFAIK, Elements 18 will not recognize a CFE card reader.  I'm not sure that Elements 2023 does either.  I assume that you are able to import the files by connecting your camera to the computer via a USB port.
