Question

PSE20 possible failure

My computer is starting to play up. The PSE20 I use was bought as a download (I have no disc). Can I get a free repeat dowload if necessary or is there something I should be doing now? I am not a computer buff and have memory probs.

You can download it again from your Adobe.com account.  Click on this link and it will take you to your products page where there should be a download link available as well as the serial number for your program.  You may have to sign into your account in order for the page to come up.

Thanks Greg & sorry for the delay in replying. I followed your advice to discover (according to Adobe account) that I had once bought a PSE 20 but then had the cost refunded! I search and searched and eventually discovered that I was so sick of Adobe mucking me about that I did cance. Some months later I realised that despite all the record problems they had caused me, they still had the best photo edit prog. So I bought a copy via Microsoft! I sownloaded my new copy from there no problem.

Thanks for dooing your best to plug a hole in a very leaky memory.
