Does the new Photoshop Elements 2019 has a raw file stitch function?

    As MichelBParis mentioned , we not clear about what you're referring to. You can Create a panorama in Photoshop Elements 2019 and stitch images. If you're looking for something else, please explain your query in some more detail so that we can help you better.

    If you mean the ability to use the photomerge panorama feature with raw files, you can do it, either from the editor (guided edit mode) or from the organizer (menu Edit > Photomerge).

    If you mean something else by 'raw file stitch', could you give more details?
