PSE2023 automatically open images on 2nd monitor?

I have PSE 2023 on a system running Windows 11 with dual monitors. I run PSE non-maximised on the primary monitor, and I want to have the images I open to automatically open maximised on the 2nd monitor (running in Expert mode with "Allow floating documents in expert mode" checked in Preferences). However, every time I open an image, it always opens as a floating window within the PSE window, and I have to drag it to the 2nd monitor, maximise the image window, and then select "Fit on screen" from the PSE view menu. Is there any way I can have this image windows position and sizing to happen automatically, rather than having to perform these three steps every time I open an image?
