PSE7 slideshow won't post on Instagram, help.

Timelapse shot with a GoPro, photos edited and cropped square in Lighroom, and slideshow created in PSE7. Downloaded it to my android phone. Shares on FB but get an error message and "try later" when I attempt to post it on IG. Is there a work around to share the ss on IG?
