PSE8 saving jpegs very small

Hey!!

Im not sure what has happened but when I go to save a JPEG it saves around 4-5mb where as it used to be up around 8-10.

I shoot raw and haven't changed any camera settings. Can anyone please help me? I cant work it out and cant find anything online
