PSE9 and Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.1

Hi.

I am using PSE9 and have done for a number of years with no problems that i recall.

I have chatted on line with Epson (I use an Epson xp-820) printed a test page and using another app ... and the printer is OK.

When trying to print from PSE9 the printer just chucks the paper out..blank page.

I have uninstalled/reinstalled the software and carried out all the suggested fixes such as removing the printer in the system preferences.

Nothing has remedied the problem.

Would someone be able to help me on this please?

Is there a chat line for adobe for PSE?

Hi,

Can you please try after resetting the preferences. For this :

1. In Photoshop Elements, press ctrl/cmd+k

2. Click on 'Reset preferences on next launch' button. See the screen grab attached below.

3. Click on 'Ok' button.

4. Relaunch the application.
