PSElements 2019 unable to uninstall or install

I have downloaded Elements 2019 on October 10, 2018.

I upgraded my SSD this past Saturday and since then, PSE 2019 is not responding to LR 6.14 meaning I am unable to export to PSE after the second photo.

So I have read that uninstalling could be the solution.

I am trying to uninstall PSE 2019 and i get an "unknown error message" and then the window freezes. I do not see any error code.

Please help, I need PSE to work properly.

Hi User,

Could you share some more information listed below, so I can try to investigate your problem and try to help you:

1) What is the system configuration, is it a WINDOWS or MAC machine, and which operating system are you running?

2) What do you mean by upgraded your SSD?

3) Have you tried rebooting your system?

4) Where did you installed the program before upgrading your SSD? Was it on a default location or a custom location?

5) Have you tried reinstalling the product without Uninstalling it?

Just in case if 5th Point does not help you, please let me know, would like to see the logs on your machine, which might give us some further information about the problem.
