PSelements2023 print niet, kan standaardprinter niet vinden

De standaard printer (HP Officejet 9010) staat wel benoemd in het printermenu, maar ik krijg als foutmelding dat de standaardprinter niet wordt gevonden. Bij alle andere software werkt de printer normaal. Ook met Adobe reader werkt de printer goed.

Heeft iemand een oplossing? De laatste updates van de printer en driver zijn geïnstalleerd. Ik werk met windows11

1. If you are trying to print via the Organizer, try to print via the Editor, or, vice versa. The print engines are not the same.

2. Also, suggest that you reset preferences. In Editor, go to Edit>preferences>General and click on "Reset preferences on next launch."
