Are there any tutorials out there for making shapes look puffy and quilted using Photoshop Elements 2020?

Go to Google Images, type in "Quilts" and you will get many hits.

In PSE Editor, Expert tab, open a quilt pattern

Go to Filter menu>Distort>Liquify and you have many options, e.g. Turbulance, Pucker, Distort, etc.

Love your handle that's precious.  I think your best bet is to search custom shapes catalogs on the internet and make a purchase of any you find useful.  Alternately, if you're familiar with "Clip Art" you may find taking that route as useful for your marketing needs though a smidge more challenging to incorporate compared to shapes.  But creating shapes yourself require's different software and another learning curve.  I don't know of a way to make existing shapes in PSE look puffier.  You basically only have control over height, width and rotation, either filled or not filled.
