Pug-in problem

I am using elements 2025. For some reason I am having problems putting myTopaz programs into Elements. I got Topaz Photo AI to install with no problem. Nut Topaz DeNoise and others wont work. I put them in the Elementd Plug-in folder but an error message comes up and says the is a problem. I am s tumped as what tro do.

Please post a screenshot of the actual directory you posted the plugins into.

You may need to reinstall the plug-in and sign in with the plug-in's serial number.

Why do you need the DeNoise plug-in? Surely the Photo AI plug-in uses more advanced AI models and will get better results. I don't know whether you are trying to install the Gigapixel plug-in, but Topaz has told me that it can't be used in Elements 2025. I don't know whether they have plans to make it compatible in the future.
