Anyone know where puppet warp is on Photoshop Elements 2019

    AFAIK, the feature does not exist in Elements.

    I googled it and it was said that it has it. This Photoshop Elements is garbage. I cant use the video editor, no puppet warp, the photo organizer is  importing thousands of album covers and useless other junk. What a waste of money. Anyone know if this crap can be returned.
