Purchase Adobe photoshop elements 12 for Print Studio Pro

So I haven't bought an Adobe program before and I want to purchase Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 so I can use my Print Studio Pro plug in. How do I go about doing this?

Latest PSE version which is PSE15 can be purchased from Adobe.com Picture editor software, photo enhancement tools | Adobe Photoshop Elements 15

Also, before making a decision, you can try its free trial which can be downloaded from Download Photoshop Elements | 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10
