Purchase Photoshop Elements 2018

I purchased Photoshop Elements 2019 and it constantly crashes and won't work with my color profiles (I had purchased Version 10 years ago and was still using it at the time). So, I downloaded 2018 and have been using the trial. It works much better. However, the trial has expired and now I don't have any way to purchase it. Does anyone have a suggested solution to this issue?
