Purchase PS Elements 2024 for Mac during free trial

I am not sure how many days I am into the Free Trial period for PSE 2024 for Mac, but I would like to go ahead and purchase the program. I have everything set up the way I want, so I do not want to download and reinstall again.

I do not  see any place in the program to go ahead and make the purchase.   Is that possible?

If I go to Adobe's website and make the purchase, can I avoid downloading and re-installing and just receive a license key?

And is there some place in the program where I would insert the lic key?
