Purchased copy of Photoshop Elements 15 has invalid redemption code

I purchased a new copy of Photoshop Elements 15 at Best Buy. When I began my installation, setup prompted me to type in the redemption code. I typed in the code on the card provided in the software box, but setup says the code is invalid.
