Purchased Elements 2025 Mac Sept 15 2025, How can I get 2026 without Full $80 upgrade price?

I used Elements 2020 on my MAC successfully until Mid Sept when it stopped working because of incompatiblity with Apple's Tahoe 26 update.   I purchased and installed 2025 on the 15th and now see 2026 is available and that it will cost me $80 to upgrade again.   I have had 2025 for just over 14 days...is there someone at adobe who could authorize an upgrade to 2026.    How can I contact them?   

 

I understand upgrades cost money but hope there is a grace period so that or a cancel/ressubscribe option for just purchased licenses.

@Alfonso5ED0, your Elements 2025 license will remain in effect for the full 3 years for which you purchased it.  Each version of Elements is a separate program.  When a new version is released with new features, your must purchase that new version in order to obtain the new features.  That new license will also be for 3 years from date of activation.  However, that has no effect on your old license.

    Thankyou. This worked to get a refund which is in process.  I will repurchase 2026 if this refund works correctly.    Chatting with the online service agent (who appeared to be a bot although he had a name) took longer than I expected but it did work and that seems to be the best solution.  I the agent provided me with a Case ID when I asked for it which should help if there are problems.

    Yo adquirí una licencia de 3 años de Elements 2025 el 7 de Octubre de 2024. Me quedan dos años de licencia. Ahora sale la versión 2026 y en soporte me dicen que no puedo actualizar, que tengo que comprar la nueva versión completa y perder los dos años que me restan.
