Purchased Elements 2026 and it won't download

Question

I previously had photoshop elements 2023 (it is no longer installed) and just purchased elements 2026.  It does absolutely nothing when I click on the download button.  What is going on?  I am definitely connected to the internet, have the latest version, etc

I just checked and notice two things: The location of pse 2025 and pse 2026 has changed from the bottom of my product listing, and are now located at the top of listing.

Second: The download buttons are black and don’t do anything.

They (Adobe) are probably actively working on the links in your product page.
