Purchased Photoshop but not tells me I must buy it

I purchased adobe photoshop13 in 2015. I have a product number. It says I must sign in but when I sign in it says I have a trial version and I must buy it.  I don't know what happened as I have used it before but not it won't let me. How do I get my Adobe Photoshop back so I can use it?

    I purchased Photoshop Elements several years ago. After a while I started getting the message that I must purchase it. I could usually get into the program by closing and restarting it, but I got tired of doing that and finally clicked on starting the trial. Initially, it said that my trial would expire in 32,000 days. Now it says I have less than 30. Help!
