Purchased Photoshop Element 2019 but Editor is only on trial?

I expected to receive a full copy of Photoshop Elements after upgrading from 11 to 2019. The organiser works fine, but whenever I start up the Editor workspace, it tells me my trailversion is only valid for 29 days and counting.

I can't see to find a menu topic where to fill in the serialnumber in the editor workspace. Looking at my profile, the product is registered just fine.

Am I missing something? Anyone knows how to solve this?

    Help > Sign in from the Editor menu.

    After sign-in click license this software

    Enter serial number

    I signed off to be able to sign in again, but unfortunately I did not get an option to fill in the serial number.

    After signing in, I received the same message again. Trial expires in 29 days.

    So I have 29 days to get this resolved.

    Now it is solved.

    It was "lost in translation" as in my language I had the opportunity to purchase the software or to acquire a license. Which for me is the same thing. But it was the latter option that gave me the possibility to enter the serialnumber.
