Purchased Photoshop Elements & Premiere Elements 17 Jan 2020 but keep getting re-purchase requests

On 17 Jan 2020 I purchase the combine package of Photoshop & Premiere Elements programs for $110.09.

 

Working with Photoshop I keep being reminded that I am using a trial version which will soon expire ~15 Feb; And that I should purchase the program.

 

Today, working with photoshop I lost the left-hand column that I use for editing. It was replaced by a column used for enhancements and/or adding drawings and stuff.  I have not been successful in getting the original column back.

Help > Sign in from the editor menu in Photoshop Elements and enter your serial number.

What OS are you using?

Did you enter your serial number when you first purchased the program.

 

I suspect that you are in the Quick Edit mode.  If you click the Expert tab, you will recover use of the other tools.
