purchasing PSE from French Polynesia

Hi!

I'm currently living in Tahitit, French Polynesia. I would like to upgrade from PSE 12 to PSE 2019 but when I try to buy it, it says that the purchase is not available from French Polynesia. What are my options to upgrade?
