Q1: PSE 10 Updates

Hello everyone,

Hopefully someone can help me.  I've had PSE 10 and purchased Actions from a 3rd party.  I used this program constantly and then the Windows download happened and sent everything to shit.  I keep reading that Adobe and MS are not communicating regarding their software and therefore, the updates didn't happen for the software, etc.  Which is why my I can't see my tools or dropdown bar info

My question is:

1)  Has anyone figured out how to install the updates to PSE 10 to get it to work again?

2)  If I uninstall my original version, re-install, will this work with getting it to work again?

I'm scared to do this and lose my ATN files, which leads me to next discussion...
