Q2: PSE 18 & ATN files on Windows

Hello everyone,

If you read my first question, this is part two.

I went and purchased PSE 18 (in the event that PSE 10 is toast).  I saved all my ATN files and tried to install them again in PSE 18.  My issue is that when I do this - as instructed - the computer goes through the process of doing what it needs to do when there is things added (meaning the whole "c" drive process) AND NOTHING!  I have been communicating with the 3-party vendor

I have tried doing this process many times.  I still have PSE 10 installed and wonder if that may be prohibiting the download to do what it needs to do.  Has anyone else experience these issues?
