Quality of Photoshop Chat Support for those who no longer have access

Don't worry about not getting chat support. It is worse than useless. I think it's just an advanced form of experimental torture.

I am sorry you had a bad experience with chat support.  But perhaps if you tell us your problem here, maybe someone can help you.

Wow, a whole lot faster and more helpful than Chat Support! (I mean your answer to my actual question - that's all I wanted to know, not get passed from the robochat to 3 different agents who all asked me the same questions and then passed me on to another "expert")

And then disconnected the chat and told me to try again! Noice!
