Question about linking Elements with Creative cloud

Hi there,

I bought Adobe Photoshop & Premiere Elements 2021 in early 2021. Redeemed the serial and all that (was a digital copy), registered with my email adres with Adobe ID. Now 2 years later I boot up Creative cloud (because I never really needed it before) but don't see my products while they are installed. In both apps I also see that I'm logged in with my emailadres.

Found out that I can enter the serial code into Creative cloud. But after I redeemed the serial code, I just activated Photoshop and Premiere Elements and forgot about it.

Do I need to have this serial to register the apps anyway in order to let Creative cloud know that I purchased elements and make use of the beta functions? Because then it's problematic as I can't redeem the code again in order to view it because I've done that already.

Creative cloud wants me to purchase Photoshop and Premiere Elements. So I figured that I need to register the apps in there first. But it seems I can't do that anymore. Is there another way?

Kind regards

The beta functions which are so exciting at the moment are for Photoshop CC - but you don't have that. Not relevant, I think.

Hi Glenn,

@Test Screen Name is correct and his answer is indeed relevant.

Please read the post from @Mister30095371f7u3 where he says, "Do I need to have this serial to register the apps anyway in order to let Creative cloud know that I purchased elements and make use of the beta functions?"

This is the part TSN correctly answered.

BEFORE I BEGIN:  Elements is not found in the Adobe Creative Cloud app- it's found in your regular adobe account.

Your regular adobe account does list Creative cloud stuff- but it's located under PLANS, not products.   Photoshop Elements is listed under products-- that is where you need to be for this.

WHAT IS PROBABLY GOING ON WITH YOUR ACCOUNT:  You installed the products on two different computers a while back but never logged out of the program. You log out and it deactivates the product on that computer.  You can only have two active installations on two different computers and can only use the program on one computer at a time.

READ THIS THREAD:  https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-elements-discussions/how-to-deactivate-photoshop-elements/td-p/3952834

CLICK ON  YOUR ICON PICTURE IN THE UPER RIGHT CORNER OF THIS PAGE FIRST.  GO TO THE PRODUCTS TAB, NOT PLANS.

PSE is not listed with the CC products.

Below is what most users of the forum use and reference

Below is what you are probably talking about, which is not "creative cloud"--- all my photoshop elements purchases are listed here- all the way back to version 10.  I can redownload any version from version 10 forward.  Most importantly this is where you enter information you spoke about.

Well, just after submitting this post I actually found the serial keys. Turned out I actually backed them up. But now I enter a serial code in my Adobe account and it tells me the serial number is already in use. Is my copy still activated but just not showing up in there? What do I have to do in order to make the apps appear in my acccount so it stops bothering me to buy it again and let me use the beta functions?
