So does this mean i have to purchase a new edition of elements?

    You've got two options:

    1. Upgrade to Elements 15. Then you can open and edit Raw files from your Sony A99 II, or
    2. Free option. Download and install the free Adobe DNG converter. Batch convert all Sony A99 II Raw files to DNG format. You then edit the DNG files (NOT the Raw files) on Elements 13.

    Hi, we're using elements 13 version 13.1 64 bit.

    Version 6.3.

Only issue we're having is we just got a Sony A99ii. We are unable to open raw images from this camera. The images from the Sony A850 are fine.

I attepted to update the raw plug in where the A99ii is listed but didn't seem to help.

Adobe is showing us up to date but I'm not sure we are.

    Thanks,

           Jason
