Raw photos will not open in my new PSE 15 that I just installed on my laptop

I can not fine one thing preventing the raw files from opening and since they do on the same system in another computer I know it is not my camera.  I wonder if there is some way of actually contacting Adobe about the problem since I paid for the product.

    I have exactly the same thing on my desk top computer and it all works just fine. 


    You don't state your camera model. That's the most important information.

    The second one is if you have updated PSE15 to the last ACR version: 9.10.

    To know your present ACR version, menu Help > About Plug-in > Camera raw...

    Hi,

    Please ensure that you have all the updates installed for your application. To check, in Photoshop Elements, go to Help> Updates , and install if you see any pending Camera Raw updates.
