I had to return a computer to the vendor, which they replaced. I did not deactivate my Photoshop program before returning my computer. Now I can't activate it on my new computer. Is there a solution to this? Thank you

Have trouble signing in with my adobe id and password for my photo shop elements 9 its saying not available code 400. Can u please help me to be able to get connected.
